🚫 Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
We begin processing your order immediately after confirmation to ensure fast dispatch and timely delivery. Therefore:
- ❌ No cancellations are accepted after order confirmation
- ❌ No cancellations are accepted after dispatch
- ❌ No exceptions to this policy — regardless of reason

🚫 Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once the order has been placed and dispatched.
This applies to:
- ❌ Change of mind after placing order
- ❌ Order placed by mistake
- ❌ Product not required anymore
- ❌ Delay in delivery due to courier or customs
- ❌ International customs duties or import taxes
- ❌ Incorrect address provided by customer
🚫 Return Policy
We do not accept returns of any products once dispatched.
All our products are:
- ✅ Quality checked before dispatch
- ✅ Carefully packed to prevent damage during transit
- ✅ Dispatched in sealed, tamper-proof packaging
⚠️ Exception — Damaged or Wrong Product
We understand that transit damage or incorrect dispatch can occasionally happen. In such rare cases only, we will review your complaint on a case by case basis.
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
- 📸 Take clear photographs of the damaged/wrong product immediately upon receiving
- 📸 Also photograph the outer packaging showing damage
- 📞 Contact us within 24 hours of delivery — no complaints accepted after 24 hours

- ✅ Our team will review and respond within 48 hours
Resolution options in such cases:
- 🔄 Replacement of damaged/wrong product — at our discretion
- 📦 Re-dispatch of correct product — at our discretion
Please note: Refund in cash or to original payment method is not offered even in damage/wrong product cases. Resolution will be in the form of replacement or re-dispatch only.
🌍 International Orders — Additional Note
For international orders:
- ❌ We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance
- ❌ We are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees
- ❌ Products held or seized by customs authorities do not qualify for refund or replacement
- ✅ All our products are exported under valid APEDA and Coir Board of India registrations
