🚫 Refund & Return Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched.

Exception — Damaged or Wrong Product Only: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will review on a case-by-case basis and may offer replacement or re-dispatch at our sole discretion. Monetary refunds are not offered even in such cases.

• We ship to every country worldwide
• Estimated delivery within India: 3 to 4 business days after dispatch
• Estimated delivery internationally: 7 to 10 business days after dispatch
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control
• For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer

• All PammiPeat products are 100% natural, organic, and chemical free
• Products are quality checked before dispatch
• We are registered with APEDA and Coir Board of India — ensuring our products meet national and international quality standards

Product Use

• All PammiPeat products are intended for gardening and agricultural use only
• Products are not intended for human consumption
• Keep all products out of reach of children
• Wash hands after handling products
• Use gloves while handling for best experience
• Store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive moisture
• Use within the expiry date mentioned on the packaging for best results

Product Results

• Results may vary depending on soil conditions, climate, plant type, and usage
• PammiPeat provides guidance and recommendations based on general best practices
• We do not guarantee specific plant growth outcomes as these depend on factors beyond our control
• Since the use of our products is beyond our control, we do not assume responsibility other than for the uniform quality of the product itself

Batch Information

• Each product carries a Batch Number, Packed On date, and Expiry date on the packaging
• Always check batch information before use
• Do not use products past their expiry date

🌍 International Orders — Additional Terms

• International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and regulatory compliance in their respective countries
• PammiPeat is not responsible for products held, delayed, or seized by customs authorities
• All exports are conducted under valid APEDA and Coir Board of India registrations
• International buyers must ensure that the import of cocopeat and coir products is permitted in their country under applicable laws
• PammiPeat does not offer refunds for international orders held or seized by customs
